Server Rules

The rules for the server are mostly common sense:

  1. Treat others with respect. The ‘GoldenRule’ applies here. Treat them the way you want them to treat you. Kindness wins more friends than being mean.

  2. No Griefing. Unless you are on the a server that allows griefing it can get you banned for life. When in doubt, don't. Rule #1 is the way to go. Don’t grief if you don’t want to be griefed.

  3. No personal questions. On the internet it is usually best not to give out personal information like name, age and address.

  4. Advertising IS allowed. Minecraft is all about finding new and fun places to play and things to do. Find a new game server? Invite some friends along. Making your own server? Let us know. We hope you like this one enough to keep coming back for more!

  5. No Swearing or Spamming Chat. Please be courteous at all times in the chat. Don’t let your anger show us what kind of person you really are. Saying the same thing more than 5 times in a row is spamming so please avoid it.

  6. Do not ask for ranks. Asking will only make getting one less likely. Ranks are meant to define who is there to help on the server. Those who have a rank are supposed to help other players as needed and enforce the rules. If they abuse their perms they can lose their rank. Ranks are not for showing off what you can do or trolling others.

  7. Do not ask for items. The fun part of Minecraft is working to get the things you need. Asking for item from staff takes the fun out of it and is a bother to the staff.
